1. Overview
This document is an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder. It does not require any physical or digital signature.
This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
The website https://elevess.in (“Platform”) is owned and operated by Rishabh Ahluwalia (Sole Proprietor), having its place of business at H-139, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. Use of Platform
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while using the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Products & Pricing
All products, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We do not guarantee that product images or colors will exactly match actual products.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if any information (including pricing or availability) is inaccurate.
In such cases, any payments made will be refunded.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are accepted only after confirmation by us.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, bulk/reseller intent, or operational limitations.
5. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.
We are not liable for transaction failures, payment declines, or gateway-related issues.
In case of failed transactions where money is debited, refunds will be processed as per the payment partner timelines.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to logistics partners or external factors.
We are not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is offered at our discretion.
We reserve the right to disable COD for certain users or orders and to cancel orders deemed high-risk.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future purchases.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including design, text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by us.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, commit fraud, or attempt to disrupt platform operations.
11. Third-Party Links & Tools
The Platform may include third-party links or tools.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
12. Feedback & Submissions
Any reviews, feedback, or content submitted by you may be used by us for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation.
You confirm that such content does not violate any third-party rights.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or misuse of the Platform.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
