शुल्क वापसी की नीति

1. Cancellation Policy

 


Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.


Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


If the order is already out for delivery, you may choose to refuse delivery.

 


 

 

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

 


Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered at our discretion.


We reserve the right to:

 

  • disable COD for certain users or orders

  • cancel COD orders that appear non-genuine or high-risk

 


Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future purchases.

 


 

 

3. Return Eligibility

 


Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

 

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product has been delivered

  • Product is defective

 


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be:

     

    • unused

    • in original packaging

    • with all accessories (if applicable)

     

 

 


 

 

4. Non-Returnable Cases

 


Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

 

  • Change of mind or no longer needed

  • Minor differences in color, design, or appearance

  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

 

 


 

 

5. Return Process

 


To initiate a return, contact us at care@elevess.in with:

 

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting images or videos (mandatory)

 


All return requests are subject to verification and approval.


If approved, return instructions will be shared.

 


 

 

6. Refund Policy

 


Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Refunds will be issued as follows:

 

  • Prepaid orders → original payment method

  • COD orders → bank transfer (customer must provide correct bank details)

 

 


 

 

7. Replacement Policy

 


In eligible cases, we may offer:

 

  • a replacement (preferred), or

  • a refund if a replacement is not available

 

 


 

 

8. Shipping Charges

 


Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

 

  • a wrong product was delivered, or

  • the product was damaged during transit

 

 


 

 

9. Order Refusal / RTO

 


If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, it may be recorded against the customer profile.


We reserve the right to restrict or decline future orders from such customers.
