Delhi / NCR & nearby regions: 1–3 business days

Metro cities: 2–4 business days

Other locations: 3–6 business days

Remote / North-East regions: 5–8 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details are shared via SMS/email (where applicable).
4. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make 3 delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the shipment may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Such cases may impact eligibility for future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders must be accepted at the time of delivery.

Refusal or non-acceptance may result in:

restriction on future orders

disabling COD option

6. Incorrect Address / Customer Unavailability

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

Orders may be returned if delivery fails due to:

incorrect address

incorrect or unreachable phone number

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

courier partner issues

weather or regional disruptions

Elevess is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier.
8. RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal:

the order may be cancelled

future orders may be restricted

Re-shipping may be done only at our discretion.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered:

do not accept delivery

10. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

a wrong product is delivered, or

the product is damaged in transit
