शिपिंग नीति

1. Order Processing

 

 

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed late evening, on weekends, or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

 

 


 

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

 

 

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners across India.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

     

    • Delhi / NCR & nearby regions: 1–3 business days

    • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

    • Other locations: 3–6 business days

    • Remote / North-East regions: 5–8 business days

     

  • Estimated delivery timelines may also be shown at checkout based on your location. These are calculated using our logistics partner systems and are indicative in nature.

  • Final delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and external factors.

 

 


 

 

3. Order Tracking

 

 

  • Once shipped, tracking details are shared via SMS/email (where applicable).

 

 


 

 

4. Delivery Attempts

 

 

  • Courier partners typically make 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the shipment may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • Such cases may impact eligibility for future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

 

 


 

 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

 

  • COD orders must be accepted at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal or non-acceptance may result in:

     

    • restriction on future orders

    • disabling COD option

     

 

 


 

 

6. Incorrect Address / Customer Unavailability

 

 

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

  • Orders may be returned if delivery fails due to:

     

    • incorrect address

    • incorrect or unreachable phone number

    • customer unavailability

     

 

 


 

 

7. Delivery Delays

 

 

  • Delays may occur due to:

     

    • courier partner issues

    • weather or regional disruptions

    • operational constraints

     

  • Elevess is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier.

 

 


 

 

8. RTO (Return to Origin)

 

 

  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal:

     

    • the order may be cancelled

    • future orders may be restricted

     

  • Re-shipping may be done only at our discretion.

 

 


 

 

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

 

 

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered:

     

    • do not accept delivery

    • report immediately at care@elevess.in

     

 

 


 

 

10. Shipping Charges

 

 

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

     

    • a wrong product is delivered, or

    • the product is damaged in transit
